Otocinclus Help! Pregnant... or sick?
I've got two oto's, one of them is starting to look bloated in the belly. I do know that it hasn't over ate. I hear that their bellies get big when they are sick, but I'm not sure. I'm thinking that maybe it have eggs instead. Is that a possibility? I dont know the sex of the two oto's, but one of them is darker in color, which I am assuming is a mannish, and the pale colored one, which I assume is a female has the immense belly. Am I right? Or is it sick?

It could of late be a female. Most female fish eventually get a bit plumper than the mannish because of the eggs she carries with her. You should have no justification to worry unless s/he starts acting strangely. It looks fine to me.
Answers: Looks healthy to me. Otos are supposed to have plump bellies. It system their getting enough to eat.
Unless your oto's behavior changes, I wouldn't verbs about illness. And otos are pretty hard to breed, I hear, so it's probably not pregnant.
