PLease Help discus problem...?

I had 2 discus and they are both juveniles. One is a little bigger then the other. I arranged to get 2 more of the same size and put them in the container. They are all of the same size give or run and the same breed. But the biggest one keeps viciously going after the new member of the tank and he eats all of the food. Also the discus i simply bought are begining to have some white blotches on them but its not like ich type of spots. What is that? How can i fix it? Will the bigger discus ever leave the smaller ones alone?
Answers:    You can try accumulation two more discus of similar size. They'll be less aggressive in larger groups. Small discus do best in groups of at least possible six. If the abuse continues, at least it'll be spread out without one runt have to take all of the abuse until it stresses out to departure.

You can also try removing all of the discus from the tank, then re-arranging the decor. Then donate all of the discus back at the same time beside the newer discus going in first. The dominant discus will have lost its territory surrounded by a sense and the playing field will be evened out for the new guys.

The blotches might be injuries or infection due to the fish being stressed out and helpless from being picked on.

Good luck!
well discus are cichlids and can be aggressive so most likely the one to be precise picking on the others will not change, he feels like that cistern is his territory and will protect it. the spots on the new ones may be where the other one injured it and it is getting infected. i would set up a "sick tank" and treat it near stress coat and let the sores heal up. you may have to desire what you want to do. weather it is sell them or set up a 2 tanks, well fitting luck i hope i helped a little.
