Reef aqaurium- institution of fish for 55 gallon?

which school of fish can be kept happy in a 55 gallon reef cistern? Are wrasse fish safe and can they be kept in a school 3-5 fish.

you'd be looking at either cardinalfish, bar gobies, firefish, scissortail gobies, blue gudgeons, or sapphire damsels

but yes.. no wrasses will school contained by a home system
