Should I put my womanly Tropical Molly within a network breeder?
Its a white female pot belly molly and its stomach is semi square-ish and I have another Pot Belly Molly i.e. black and had its babies and the white one's stomach was less circular than it be yesterday and now its more square-ish? Does this mean its going to release its babies? Also i bought a Net Breeder and I have 2 little black molly's surrounded by the thing right now they are bigger than the white ones stomach should i put it in near them so i can save more babies? Or no?
Answers: I'd either fill the container with as much cover (plants) as possible, like over stuff it with LOTSSSS of plants so the fry can hair.
or better yet set up another tank for her w/ plants for cover, as mama will try and eat them also.
The net dont work good at all, the water is usally moved out unfilted or partially filtered as the screen make it harder for the tanks filter to filter it.
