Should i catch fancy goldfish or tropical fish?
i want to get some fish but i dont know whether to get fancy goldfish (probably 2 fantails) or tropical, i am new to fish but i own done a lot of research, what do you suggest?

Both in comparison to normal goldfish are exceptionally stimulating to look after.Fancy goldfish being the easier of the two. If you are brand new to fish keeping i would suggest fancy goldfish to start beside.Tropical fish definitely require more time and maintenance, and fancy goldfish more so than your average goldfish.If you have done the required research next it really is down to what you have the time and patience for and what you want to watch contained by your tank.With fancy goldfish you can only really have marine snails or sucker fish with them in the same cistern.Whereas with tropical you can mix a variety of fish and sea animals, look out to ask the store or research beforehand which can co-habit together. In your position I would choose tropicals, because they need less space and are more colourful, but its entirely up to you! You are the one keeping them.

i have 4 female betta, fish of my own- remarkably nice and friendly fish. They have special gills so you don't need an oxygen pump- they breathe directly from the air. But confer them at least 2 gallons, please. Each. And you may not put two males together. If you plan on putting females together, make it at least 4, but carry ready for a pecking order- when the fish nip at each other to see who is alpha, betta, and all the course down to omega. Make sure you buy a pH kit, betta first aid kit, meds, a filter, and DEFINATELY A HEATER! they are tropical fish! a fabulous website to step on is

It's better for beginners.
There's more selections to choose from. Goldfish require at tiniest 10 gallons per fish! They are also messy fish and if you attempt to put them in a smaller a bowl or something, they will die. They create lots of waste and will die from the toxins they produce. In the long run, it will be greatly more expensive.
With tropical fish, you need a heater, filter, and air pump. However, within the long run, you save money. =]

keeping tropicals in no more work than keeping cold water fish.
they're is a much wider variety near tropicals and way more colours to brighten the tank. there's nothing wrong next to a goldfish, but ive heard they do get big so prepare with a big cistern if you decide gold fish.

there both nice in a fish tank but ive found the problem beside goldfish been a member of the carp family is that they close to to forage in the gravel pulling up plants and making the water cloudy.
It depends on your tank size really whether you have a 1 gallon or 5 gallon you could keep 3 guppys maybe and possibly 2 neon tetra if it is a bigger tank say 15+ gallon you could win fancy golfish but they're not very nice or hardy so I think you should get a tropical cistern!

make certain your tank is big enough and you have a furnace and filter, all fish need filters and adjectives trops need heaters
Myself I would get tropicals, however it depends headdress size tank you have and you will need to cycle for 6 weeks, shifting 10-15 % of the water each week whatever you do kindness and good luck. :)

That all depends upon the size of your tank. For 2 fancy goldfish, you would inevitability about 60 gallons with a very modernized filter. Tropical require heat and filtration, but they are usually smaller fish and so you can keep more than of late a few, depending upon the size of your tank.=

lots of tropicals require less maintenance than goldfish
