Stocking 33.03 gallon Tropical Aquarium?

In the tank I'm planning to have)
1 African Butterfly Fish
6 Threadfin rainbow fish
1 spiny eel
2 Black Khuli loaches
And also could I put any other fish in?
Any care on these fish would be great too!
Thanks In Advance!
That's closely of fish for a 30 gallon.

I'd google each individual fish and see what their specific requirements are (how much water per fish, do they nip fins of other fish, do they need to be kept contained by groups of 4 or more etc).

Prioritize the fish based on which ones you want the most. Subtract their water needs from your 33 gallons. Eliminate any choices that are incompatible due to behavior or requirements for large schools etc.

Also, setup the tank 3 weeks prior to adding up any fish. Add just a few fish per week. You'll have problems otherwise.
Drop the Khuli loaches- they need to be in a group of at least 5 and necessitate to a 55 gallon tank at least.

Think about a institution cory cats instead, they serve the same purpose, and are bottom dwelling as well.

Same thing for the spinly eel, you don't hold nearly enough room for one of those.

Look at the different types of tetras, you could put in a school of those. I close to neons and balck skirt- but there are many types.

Look here to get a broad idea of tanks size requirements and what can be housed together as well as commonly found fish.

I think that leads you the the answer. :)

Greetings

Sounds like you hold a very nice selection of fish. my main concern would be what size filter you will own in the tank, the bigger the better. The butterfly fish will hang around the top of the reservoir so any floating plants, fake or real would help him discern more comfortable. Rainbow fish are good comunity fish to have, they usually bring alond with everyone. The loaches will help keep the container clean and are cool looking. My experience with spiny eels is that any fish that will fit in thier mouth they will chomp through, they spend most of thier time hiding behind things and in the gravel. Please feel free to conntact me whether you have any questions about any pet related subjects. Good luck and enjoy a great day.
Answers:    Your spiny eel will munch through your thread fins, and your khulis will never be seen. I would pick which fish or type of fish you like the most and set it up around that fish. If you like the eel manufacture sure what ever you put with it is twice the size of your eel's head. near thread fins DO NOT put anything that is a "nipper" meaning a fish that will chase them biting at the fins. Butterfly is a top dweller and an ambush predator, once again tank mate twice the size of the head but this one is susceptible to fin nipping. Search several different web sites give or take a few the fish you like and take that info with you when you jump to buy the fish. sadly most stores that sell fish are only interested surrounded by selling fish, not making sure you get the right fish.

Hope this helps, polite luck
You may will to consider some smaller fish. When these fish are adult size, your tank will be overstocked. Do some research on the care for these fish also. Some may not be biddable if you are new to fishkeeping.=
