What can I formulate to generate my fish happier from household itmes? 10 points best answer?
I was just wondering what can I make out of household items to benefit my fish?
For my fish we put in colorful pebbles(or marbles), rocks and some plants at the bottom of the tank. That may do something for them. =)
Fish are naturally short of memory, but they are or at least seem to be most happy when there is plenty of fresh, clean hose down, abundant food, some plants to hide and play in, and your company. They are in good spirits to spend time with their owners and some types can actually feed from your appendage and also can recognize their owner. Fish are interested in new toys added to the reservoir. These are basic and simple suck as maybe some decorations, but if your fishes are big enough to swallow marbles, it will be obvious you should not put marbles into the tank.Fake plants may also be added for the jollity of both you and your pet fish.
giv them live food
Truthfully, your fish isn't going to care either method what you add to its cage in expressions of happiness. They have a very short memory.
But, whether you're determined to add things just to liven up the cage, don't join anything that has paint on it to the water. Plastics that are precolored are okay. We've dropped lots of lego guys and things like that into the aquarium as kids and the fish be never harmed.
Nothing with sharp edges! No metals as they can rust.
Glass marbles and things like that work well, too. Some plastic plants work, as long as their solid plastic that's not painted.
Answers: Pick up a bottle of aquarium sealant and some PVC pipe. Glue gravel to the pipe and create for a moment cave!
Clay pots... ehh, that's really adjectives I can think of.
-----EDIT:
LOL. You have a blue light, and blue/green gravel and you want something that looks innate?
putt a small glass cup contained by the fish housing.
Put some plastic plants, some small rocks, pyramids...
You could try a glass tube at the bottom of the tank, or a clay pot. A pretty green algae ( not the annoying kind that forms on the glass) beside eventually grow on the pot under the right conditions. The fish can benefit from the plant and so can the person looking at the tank. Its add to the tanks colors.
go to the pet shop and brows around.
Shot specs always look neat ^.^ Or stones from the yard (washed unsurprisingly without soap!), I've put Batman figures in formerly so any kind of figure that's plastic (It will need to be weigh down by either rocks, or a weight. I tied fishing line around a rock).
