What fish should i draw from for a ten gallon cistern that are small and trouble-free to lug concern of and how copious should i carry?
koi fish or tiger fish
or try martanico
or janitor fish
There are lots of option for a ten gallon tank. Do not get koi as was suggested. Koi draw from very large. Goldfish get big too and a ten gallon cistern would only really be appropriate for one goldfish and then it would depend on the type of gold fish. Some goldfish draw from over two feet!
There's are livebearers like guppies, mollies, platys and swords that you put can in here. Small fish that school like neons or cardinal tetras, you could do an ornamental shrimp container, a female betta sorority... the list goes on and on.
Your best bet is to do some research. Go to the pet/fish store, check out the fish, write down the name of the fish you like and do some research on them at home. There is a wealth of information on a short time ago about every fish out there. You'll need to know things close to how big they ultimately get, what water requirements they have similar to temperature, hardness, etc (goldfish need coldwater, tropical fish inevitability warm water). Whether they need to be in a university or not and what other fish are compatible with them. You'll also want to do some reading on how to cycle your tank and what that means, this is extremely big if you don't want to come back on here asking why all your fish are dying. At the train of this post, I've included a link to help you understand the cycle process. You'll also inevitability to learn why it's important to do regular, partial water change on your tank. I know this sounds like a lot of work but really it isn't adjectives that much. I keep five tanks and doing my water change doesn't take any more than half an hour a week for all five tank. But, this information is essential to being sucessful at keeping a healthy aquarium. Good luck beside it. Fish really can be quite enjoyable when you have some compassionate of what they need.

Answers: the best fishes that need the least care are the guppies. they come contained by different colors. the african guppy is just as long as half of your pinkie and has a fan-shaped tail holding a rainbow of bright colors. you don't even own to buy much since the reproduce quickly. they also only feed on algae and their leavings.
Goldfish!! They're really simple... I have a lot when I was little. Get 2-3, so they won't be lonely. You can get a snail or two as all right. They eat fish poop and dirt and such, so they help keep the cistern clean.
I have a heavily planted ten gallon. With one Male Betta and a few Apple Snails. I also use this tank to make higher juvenile cats (raphael & bristle nose pleco), before moving them to larger tanks.
My betta doesn't bother any of these tough bottom dwellers. And they don't bother him.
