What is wrong beside my Koi?
He has White bumps around his mouth, loosing scales, and bulging eyes. Can someone help me please???

the bludgey eyes and loosing scales are normally popeye and the go up problems are probally drospy they are treated with Penicillin or amoxicillin in the water and feed an anti bacteria food such as the one made by tetra .
Answers: It is not ich here. Koi are prone to white lumps (looks like candle wax drippings) around their mouths but can affect other parts of the body as all right. It is called Saprolegnia and is common with koi. This fungual infection can also spread to the scales cause them to fall off. If the fungual infection spreads can cause his eyes to buldge as in good health.
You need to treat with an anti fungual medicine. Although dropsy isn't a disease and near is no treatment dropsy is a secondary problem with fish not a prime. Clearing up the fungus will clear up any chance of dropsy here.
