What other kind of freshwater tropical fish would look resembling angelfish or discus fish?
Similar body plan as angelfish and usually color is white/silver.
Answers: Silver Dollars may be an option.
nothing looks approaching either of these fish except them. Discus are so awesome no other fish can look that good. But as for shape, silver dollars, sevrums, pacu, and piranah whether they are legal where you live. The last two I wouldn't recomment though.
