Where can I gain a child intake piranha? And will it also put away goldfish, or single children?

Piranhas are nonsense for child infestations. Instead I would recommend a Grizzly Bear, certainly resolved my child plague (stealing all my chocolate, waking me up at 5am etc etc), mopped them right up, will otherwise live on Goldfish, but prefers a moral salmon. Most Pets Smart's have them, not on show though, ask for the manager, tap your feeler and ask for the grizzly special - they'll sort you out.
Piranhas are legal to own in some states (not mine, though), but you'll hold a tough time getting one to eat a child. Their normal diet is mainly smaller fish, and surrounded by some cases plants.
Children could get a paiful bite if they stick their hands within a piranha tank, but the piranha is unlikely to eat all the evidence.

This is a rather strange question however Piranha aren't the blood-thirsty things like you see contained by movies, they will only attack if cornered and even then you will probably solely lose a thumb than have your arms and legs eaten off. However they will attack most fish including goldfish.
