Yellow Cichlid have a moment shipment of babies?

OK so my YL had babies they are about two weeks old. All 8 enjoy been living well in a small 3-5 gallon reservoir.
Seems as though she has more in her mouth now.

Question: Do you reflect if I put her in the small tank near the older babies so that she can release the ones in here mouth do you think she will devour them or the ones in her mouth? Or do you think she will leave them adjectives alone?

I only have the two tanks one 55 gal and the small "baby" cistern. I don't have anywhere else for her to release them except that tank. I live contained by Japan and am about ready to head spinal column to the states and already have 3 tanks back near and I don't want to buy another one here.

Any help would be great.
Answers:    The mother is no danger to eat her own fry. The father is though. I tried something approaching this once before and found, that even as much as a week apart in a group of fry, even the older group would try to target the different group as a food source. If you want your new group to survive, the best thing for you to do is to brand name sure she's in a tank by herself.

Now whether you just found or saw the spawn today, you still have more or less 2-3 weeks before this new brood comes out. It really depends though. I have to say aloud a couple things about this so you know

If you just got a group out of this feminine 2 weeks ago and she's now spawned again, I'd keep the female near her fry a little longer. I generally give 2-4 weeks alone beside the female and fry seperated from the male as she needs time to get better. If females are put back in the main cistern too soon and spawn too soon, that puts their health at a major risk.

You have to consider, the feminine is not going to eat food at all during this inucbation time, so she does need some time to rest. My best hopes are with you that she'll make it past this group, and whether she does, again, she is no danger to the fry she spits out, leave her in that cistern with them for a few weeks before putting her back surrounded by.

DO NOT put her in with the older fry she spit. By the time she let this group go she's holding, the previous spawn will be big enough and antiquated enough and WILL try to eat the new group. I've have this happen to me before. Find a way to receive the female to a tank by herself, the older group going on for another month or so in their own tank.
It's absolutely mundane they are in the YL's mouth. It's her way of protecting her baby's from the outside world, however, to reply your question, it is better to leave her in her environment, and not move her. When she is in position, she will release them.
