Breast implant and riding?

I know this might be a strange question here, but I want to get a boob job. I be just thinking though... is it a risky thing to get whether you ride? My aunt had them and they burst out of no where. She didn't fall or anything, they merely started leaking.

I am wondering though, how tough are they really? Say if I were to grasp thrown into a xc jump, have a horse step on my chest, or even just fall down off. Is there a high opening they could burst or anything similar?

Is there any one here who has them? How have they held up for you and riding? Any off-putting you received from the doctor about this?
Thanks! :)
I would talk to the doctor in the region of it. It's hard enough with the sitting trot and sometimes beside a bumpy horse's canter. Implants would just make it worse, lol. I think in that is a chance that they could burst, which doesn't sound very nice to me. And whether a horse steps on your chest, which would hurt A LOT anyway, I think the implants would burst. I would step without them.
Hardly anyone dies from a leaking breast implant, unless it was punctured through the skin of the breast (which would organize to infection). Breast implants are filled with saline, which is a sterile solution of saltwater.
Personally, I wouldn't get hold of breast implants. Have you thought of how much they're going to bounce at the trot? It's going to throw your balance off a bit bit, too, and you're probably not going to be able to ride for a couple of months. Big boobs just get contained by the way. You can have mine :).
Uhhhh I don't know... but don't you think yours are huge enough already? They look terribly nice lol
If the horse steps on your chest, even if you don't have implant it's gonna leave a mark. They should hold up fine, just try to hang on to your breasts out of the way of the horse's hooves. Riding, no problem.
Answers:    IF I were you, I'd keep what I own. As you mature, you'll be GLAD that you did, (Less sagging as you get elder, unless you have kids.).

Like the first poster, I'd consult a surgeon, but betcha you're gonna have to make a choice, be approaching Pamela Sue Anderson or ride horses. I know which one I chose.
I focus this a question for a plastic surgeon.
Personally, I don't think riding horses and a boob job is a tremendously good thing. I would stick to the REAL ones that you have already.
It is extremely unusual for them to leak as your aunt experienced, and I would address it with the businessman if I were her. Also, in the recent past many women's implants were inserted by unqualified doctors who be not board certified plastic surgeons, who are the only doctors qualified to perform the procedure. After the surgical sites are healed, near is no more precaution with breast implants than for any woman with breasts that are of one and the same size as implanted breasts. The only precautions are during a period after they are first implanted, which will vary according to which approach is used. Even consequently, the precautions are about healing without mutilation formation, and prevention of infection, rather than any worries about leakage.
After an insert is inserted, a fibrous capsule forms around it. There may, in fact, be more stability surrounded by an implanted breast than in a natural one. Women with implant still undergo mammograms, which would rupture the implants far more readily than a fall from a horse whether that was a legitimate risk.
The major consideration surrounded by this is not that of safety , or risk of rupture, but one of comfort. Talk to women who have larger breasts and find out the issues they concord with, including back pain, bra strap grooves within the shoulders, wearing uncomfortably hot and binding bras to prevent bouncing, and so forth. The information you have regarding leaking is false, and today's implant are filled with normal saline, which is brackish water balanced with middle-of-the-road body fluids.
