Buinsess consultant...horse stables?

who r some people i can consult for advice on opening and running a business(horse "farm")...resembling finance wise?
Consult someone who is actually making money in the trade (if you can find one) and an accountant that specializes in horse businesses. You'll find "horse" and "business" do not go together. Most places don't make money - they lose money. It's a hobby for rich those.
If you enjoy a college or university nearby that has a school of agricultural commerce ("ag business management,") this would be a good place to start. Here surrounded by California, both Cal Poly Pomona and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo have schools of ag business administration. Bill Hughes, the guy in charge of the Arabian Horse unit at Cal Poly Pomona, is very flawless in this respect.

If you have a an Ag Extension office near (they're associated with land grant colleges, which are school that have an Agriculture major), they can also give you some assistance.

If you just want standard questions answered, there will probably not be a charge for information, but if you want to sit down beside someone and go over specifics of a business plan, you're going to have to income a consultation fee.
Try the Small Business Administration. There is probably also a state small commerce administration in your state.
Your spelling teacher, for one. (Sorry, not to be mean, but your questions give the impression of being to get messier and messier. There is a spell check feature that would be so helpful to you and to us.)
Answers:    A good duty accountant that deals with stables is a very righteous resource.
Also, a bank loan officer in charge of business loans.
