Do you ever.?
...wonder at a horse's ability to love?...to trust?...to forgive?
No i don't wonder, I KNOW. They love, trust, forgive, listen, and if you really open your intellect you might even hear them crack a few jokes.
hey buffy do wife beaters love? .
A horse will love you unconditionally if you treat him beside respect and show him love.
They can attach themselves to you and they always feel your moods, happy or upset.
A horse will never forget if mistreated by people.
It takes a long time to win their trust put a bet on in the human race.
I am a patient rider near my horses and they are very enjoyable rides. They always read my intellect and please me in everything, I could even ride them all without bridles.
They be little sods when I first got them, afraid of everything and everyone.they were very bumpy times but near patience and reassurance they began to trust me and the kisses they give every time they see me is better than any man lol. The only treats they get are mixed in beside their nightly feeds.
I muse horses are extremely loving animals.
Horses have UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! they are some of the most compassionate animals. I think they are the most loving and compassionate animals, horses and cats and dogs!

Answers: Yes, I wonder at the horse's ability to trust and forget, but I don't believe they feel love or forgiveness. I believe these to be purely human traits.
Horses own 3 drivers: food, safety and social structure. All 3 of these drive the behaviours we observe. If my horse truly "loved' me as we humans define the possession, they would never do things like nip or kick like they do.
When a horse approaches you, it's for one of those things - more recurrently than not, it's for the reward they get - food or comfort.
The part I miracle at is their ability to forget and give back to us - I repeatedly think it's the fact that some humans are able to imitate the social structure horses need that they come back to us.
Time and again I might 'get after' my younger mare - she's a pill - for paw in her stall being impatient at feeding time. I right her as another horse would and she acts just as she does when another horse corrects her, and she comes back asking 'forgiveness' simply as she would from one of the older more dominant horses. This is because she wants the food and knows whether she doesn't behave she's not going to get it.
All of my horses will come towards me when I go to the pasture because they know more often than not they'll bet scratch on their itchy spots, or their ears rubbed or a treat. When we do go out to work, I ensure that I'm not doing any more than they can handle and I make it as fun as I can for them, so I suppose an untutored person could watch me interact with my horses and construe they love me but they don't and I know that - this is what keeps me level-headed about interacting near them properly.
Some people will comment upon one of them sticking their nose in that person's obverse or in mine, about how they want kisses or love. That's not the reason they do this at adjectives, they do this to establish dominance. If you allow it, or you step back, they are now more dominant than you contained by their perception and the next interaction with that horse and human could be more uncertain.
So I wonder at their desire to be a part of a herd with humans and allow the humans to be quantity of their herd when they don't have to - they're strong enough to hold on to us under their control or keep us from controlling them, but they don't.
I agree with Racing,
i know they love trust and forgive people
