First bareback lesson any tips?

I'm going for my first bareback riding lesson this afternoon and was wondering if anyone had some tips on how not to plummet off, lol any info would be appreciated. Thanks
usual:
heels down
toes up
don't squeeze with ur calf muscles but a little with ur thighs

hope this help!
Your coach will lend a hand you with everything :P Don't worry, you won't fall. I'm still a beginnerish at bareback myself and I could stay on my horse when she started to do a short time crow hop. Just keep your legs gripped to her but dont squeeze too hard that the horse will go faster.
don't lean my experience
Proceed slowly. Once you attain your balance and become more comfortable, then move to a more spirited gait. And make certain the animal has a consistent whoa before you ever get on bareback.
Answers:    Don't be tense! It totally screws up your form when your bareback. I can sit my pony's trot pretty well, even when its fast, but when I wasn't ready for her to start trotting and she did, I be bouncing all over the place.

Don't use the reins for balance. Grab a bunch of mane if you must.

Move around a bit on the horse's rear legs till you find your most comfortable spot. Mine is up really close to my mare's withers, she has the perfect pocket right at hand. I think that is where most race sit anyways.

If you feel like you are being bounced around squeeze near your thighs (not your knees please, it will hurt the horse), and not too tight.

Use a mounting block the first few times to get on unless your really good at jumping. I get a fool of myself every time I try to get on my mare bareback (and she's only 13.5 hand!), and I wind up having to find something to stand on so I can get on her.
ok well engender sure that you squeeze your thighs together really tightly but make sure you don't squeeze the lower cut of your leg to make the horse go faster! that was my mistake lol! GOOD LUCK!
It's adjectives in the hips. keep the hips moving with the horse. grip near the small muscles in your groin think they're the abductor muscles
Practice proverb Whoa horsie Whoa!
resourcefully bareback is alto tricker and feels funeh at frist hold onto the mane and lean back a bit further then run of the mill wich gives u balance and hold on with ut tiegh try and not jump forward coz thats when u lose ur balance and be confident =]

well u dotn need to lean backbone when walking mainly troting oh and in cantering whether u end up dont lean forward go ur nromaml perstion and rock but be warned some horses final bones are boney and if they ahve a high wither speacily try and not lean forward coz it hurts if the horse usndly stops trust me

giod luck =]

leaning back helps
