Flex stirrups or regular stirrups?

A lot of people use flex stirrups, but I've heard some people say aloud that they aren't good. What do you think about them? Which do you muse are better?

yeah there great speacily if u ahve problems with heel down toe up but u shouldnt really enjoy them if ur still learning to its cheating

i would say the solitary reason to use them is ankle injury and ur foot hasnt gained any muscle since

ordanary saftey stirrups are better

but if u get hold of sore feet allot these would be great
