Do sit-ups
Start yoga
get a big exercise ball and practics posting and 2-point
You are doing good to sit up straight during class, trying working on your posture at adjectives times, sitting, walking, anything. Strengthen your shoulders, back, and abdomen muscles too. I don't know what kind of riding you are doing, but that will right to be heard a lot about what you need to work on. Also you can buy a rubber leash type thing that can be used for resistance in doing leg exercises to strengthen those muscles. And when your fracture gets better construct sure to strengthen that area!
Another thing is when your foot starts getting your strength back you can put your toes on some steps and hang your heels off the steps and then step up and down on your toes so that you strengthen your calves. Hope this helps!
Play Mash or Orange

Or cards!
Okay you kind of started off within no sense. I don't even know what your talking about your crazy! Get a Life..

Riding takes a lot of core strength. Pilate's is an excellent way of building up this core strength to help out with balance and many other things. You could look up some core Pilate's exercises on the internet, or even join a Pilate's class at your local gym.

Squats will also help develop strong leg muscles.

There are lots different exercises you can do to build up your horse riding muscles. Check out this link, it's really good.
