To kee a horse as a pet, do i requirement to hold on to him contained by a plough?or i can preserve within our garden?
i really want to have a poy/horse as a pet since i was a kid!its one of my biggest dreams!olease give me some tips..
a small shetland or an miniture would be an idear for an smallish garden voice half an acre but u will have to lead it around so engender sure ur council is okay wiht it
but ur better to have an horse/pony in a padock
u should porbley voulenteer at ur local stable/riding academy b4 geting a horse to learn the basic needs
but the obligation for horses/pony is 1 acre wich lets them get excersised etc
do not buy a horse/pony when you know nothing roughly them or the care needed to keep them
they are not pets, they are working animals.
get some programme
do not buy a horse/pony
you cannot keep a horse in your garden unless its a sheltered, good pastured, lacking poisonous to horses plants, well fenced and over an acre and a half
whether u love it than u can keep it in ur pocket if not after put it in ur farm
a horse or pony should have at smallest an acre but if you live in a twon, keep contained by mind horses poo alot, and it adds up,and smells
your neighbirs might not care for it
but you should check next to the laws in your city/county they vary
Answers: If your garden is pretty big (I stingy 3 acres+ big) and safe from un-horse-friendly plants and things, and you have a shelter and another field to maintain it in when that one gets muddy, dirty etc. then certain you can keep it in your garden :)
