What do you judge of him (pic)?
This is my three year old qh gelding. I am going to use him for dressage this year. What do you think of him? (The girl riding in the picture is my friend and it be her first time ever riding english)

Taking a look at your photo that you have posted of your Quarter Horse Gelding, he looks to be a very balanced and very well rounded horse. Quarter Horses are not known for being used as dressage horses, but like frequent other breeds of horses these days, they are being introduced into fields they be not originally bred for. From your photo I can't see anything that would lead me to tell you not to go along beside your dressage training with your wonderful boy. Good luck in the ring and remember to always hold fun!
He looks great! It's great to see a three year old anyone ridden from the start in the correct frame! He's got a lovely color too. He's get a nice, stretching topline, which is beneficial at this point in his training. You shouldn't really worry roughly speaking collection yet. Later when he matures a little bit more, and you guys are moving up to perchance First or Second level, is when you should be concerned about collection. He shows potential in his frame and surrounded by his stride (stepping under himself very nicely). He's got some amazingly nice reach in his front legs, so he'll be able to do the lengthening of stride eventually. He looks, even from simply that one picture, like a lovely dressage prospect! He'll be one to look out for in the ring! Good luck with him!! He's elegant!
omg hes goregous! he looks in recent times my horse dusty with a lighter mane. but seriously he looks just like him haha he looks enormously dtrong and muscular
omg he is beautiful!
i think that if this is his first time competing contained by dressage, he will be fairly well off! his collection is wonderful for a trainee, and for his age. if he can do that well with someone who is latest to english, i bet he'll be great with someone who has more experience.
good luck and enjoy fun!
he looks cute!
He's handsome and well put together. With slow, steady training he could excel at dressage.

CUTE i love him
Wow.Topline,Collection, and so forth? I think he's nearly perfect:) I'm certain with the correct "training" he'll succeed with dressage. Good Luck! He's a BEAUTIFUL BOY.
I think he is a really nice horse. I don't know a whole lot about confirmation, but he carries his skipper well and doesn't seem to have any blaring fault. And his color! His color is stunning.
Good luck! He should make a wonderful dressage horse!
He's gorgeous!!
First of all - GORGEOUS!
Now, he is only three so training him in dressage would be favourable to him. Dressage means "to train", so Basic Dressage is going to work wonders for him and you.
Have fun and enjoy that good lookin fella!
he lookz just like my horse exept my horse is way prettyier
Answers: He has a very attractive person in charge that, with the neck, is proportionate and ties in ably with the rest of his body. His topline is nice and level, which is great for a dressage horse.
He looks very free within his movement, and if he has a good temperament and is significantly obedient, I think he'll do a great job as a showing dressage horse once you carry him trained up to that level. The temperament, obedience of the horse, the vision of the horse and rider as one, these are adjectives only a few of what dressage judges look at.
I can't tell much just about his ankles or hindquarters from this picture, do you have any others? Pictures of him walking toward and away from, and trotting toward and away from the camera also would sustain.
EDIT-- Dakota, answers like that are just plain unnecessary and rude. Would you close to it if we went and did that to you and your horse?
omg he is pretty and the best color ever
