What nice of bit does this nouns close to?
I was just wondering what kind of bit I use on the horse im leasing. Here is what I know in the region of it.
Its a dee ring, jointed in the middle, it is single twisted, full cheek and i don't know the proper term, but the mouth piece is slightly curved. What is this called, and how strong is it? I be just curios. Thanks a lot!

It sounds like it might be a Korsteel JP bit. When you say the mouth piece is curved, is this what it looks similar to?

It's not a very strong bit. The twist makes it a bit harsher, but it's technically mild. The curved mouth piece just prevents the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth, and doesn't have anything to do near the bits severity. Hope i helped!

The twist in it make it harsher on the horses mouth and the joint has a nutcraker action. I would say-so it about 7/10 for severity. If it didn't have the twist consequently about 5/10
