What Is A Good Name For A Gelding?

It name is currently Buck I just don't like that pet name!

aww. I like the Gerald one. forwardx's ideas be good too. Mansfield or Woodsworth might be nice too. Or Charlie or something like that. I always say aloud when in doubt name them after characters in books that suit them. Like a sort of stubborn horse that didn't approaching most people could be Heathcliff (like Wuthering Heights) or a red roan could be Ron (like Harry Potter).
Another thing to consider is whether you ride western or english. A lot of the western names are markedly different from english ones. Where as for english you might find a Magnanimous Rex, while with western you're more likely to find a Bucking Charlie.
