don't understand the term Roll Back ?
A rollback is a basic maneuver in horse riding that involves the use of reins to guide a horse backward and to reverse its direction. This simple on the other hand key maneuver will allow you to ride more efficiently and to retreat from danger whether necessary.
For western...Kevin is right. It's a 180 turn on the inside leg. AND to be done correctly...the horse would pivot either right or left short the front legs touching the ground. AND the horse would lead off on the lead...of the direction you chose to turn. A right rollback...when completed correctly...will hold the horse on the right lead. A left rollback will end near a horse on the left lead.

Answers: its a 180 degree turn where on earth the horse pivots on the inside hind leg. Very use full in reining/cutting events.
