What is the weirdest or stupidest point you enjoy done for your horse?
Just wondering really...
Mine was probs a stockin above his stable every christmas and the fact that on thursday, i fell stale my 6year gelding and broke my arm as well as being knocked unconcious. The subsequent day, i discharged myself from hospital, went straight to my horse, mucked out and groomed with one arm and afterwards jumped on and rode! I think the temptation be just too high! This would have be bad enough but then i thought it would be obedient if we had a jump 2 so i jump him over the 3'6 fence that was up with one arm!
I cant in actuality believe i did this but it was fun. What is the stupidest or weirdest thing u have done for your horse??

Lol, you really don't want to hear it. I was raised around Horses, my Grand Father put their lives above the families lives.
i have never have a horse but i want one so bad!! my friend has 3 hoses and every christmas she will put a stocking on their stable and overrun it with oats and carrots and homemade horse treats and the horses really love that. one time she she went so far as to she took them to enjoy pictures with santa!! she really loves her horses.
I made a barley corn cake for my two geldings who shared the SAME birthday. My 24 yr old gelding thought I was insane and wouldn't try it, where on earth as my then 12 yr old thought that was a GREAT concept and munched down.
ive done so many silly things!
I broke my foot but still show jumped 2 days after and backed a pony 3 days after.
I backed my mare next to no one holding her or even on the yard.
I rode my just back mare with no hat and wearing pumps.
I sit in the stables near many of the ponies.
i try and vault on my mare in the area...
etc
Killed his flatmate. He told me to do it.
on christmas morning I get him tons of presents (not wrapped)
but presents similar to likit's and stuff and he gets so excited
and i also make him "breakfast" on christmas morning
a little more than a handful of carrot, apples, etc mix it up and make salad!
I broke my foot and I wasn't aloud to go out to the barn for a while and when I was I couldn't do much cause you really do entail your legs to ride but when I finally did come out he was mad at me because I hadn't been out to see him but when I walk him he walked really slow with me and actually stepped farther out because he didn't want to hurt me it be cute I've done lots o stuff for himwe put stockings on all the stalls in the barn for christmas an his is always stocked and when we used to show pleasure he despised it he would rather run so after we were done with our classes we would budge gallop around in the practice arena and scare the crap out of the western pleasure people
I did the same thing as you, but I didn't break my other arm LOL!
But you know when you take the sort of it's dead fragile?!
I decided that I would be fine to compete 3 days after I had my classify off. Silly me!
I don't know what happened but I was within the 1.25 class just at my local hunter class and we go over the third fence and my arm just went and really hurt and I fell sour and broke my middle finger, my arm and sprain my ankle. OOPS!
But everybody takes the mickey out of me for doing this but my cousin owns a riding school and lives about 10 mins wander away from me, so every X-mas morning I walk down to my cousins and go to adjectives the her horses stables and give them a present to rip apart and treats in it. It takes me resembling 2 hours because she had 14 horses last year and now she have 23 this year... Oh great!
I was knocked unconsiouss because I was told not to kick her TB because he gets a bit spooky, so I did LOL! A BIT! He was bucking high as the sky so I land on the jump wings and nobody was contained by the arena with me so my cousin says she doesn't know how long I had be there!
Man, I'm just soopid but I love it!
The weirdest thing was when i had to milk a horse... She wasn't drying up and be in pain, so that was the just way to help her...
Other than that I held on to the lead rope when my horse be at a full gallop (my knee is still scarred) and did it again a week later.
Well whenever the horse I ride (he belongs to a friend who's outgrown him and got a fresh horse) pees in his stable, I catch it contained by a pooper scooper thing... as the straw bed lasts longer if he doesn't soak it!
That's probably the weirdest point I've ever done.
The stupidest, well I was out on the trails with his owner and her untried horse, and I wanted to go one way and she considered necessary to go another when we came to this junction. We started arguing, after she rode off saying that there be no way I could go the other way immediately (our horses are very bonded and follow each other everywhere - we're successfully correcting this now though:)) and have no choice but to follow. Well, I didn't like that one bit! So with lots of encouragement I got my horse to jump down the track I wanted to go down, even though he kept calling to his friend and wasn't happy. I next realised I was in the middle of a forest, didn't know where I be, was on my own and my horse was throwing a hissy fit. Oops.
I carried on along that track though, thinking that it'd meet up next to my friend's track, and it did, eventually. Phew.
Answers: capably i give my horse a stockin on her stall every christmas as well
i also have a birthday jamboree for her
=]
the stupidest thing ive donw on the ground with her would probably be sleeping in her stall next to her
the stupidest thing ive done on her back is hop on her bareback and riding her around the trail bareback after she hadnet been riden surrounded by over a week.shes a TB mare so shes kinda hyper anyways, but i hadent fed her yet that day ((she have been out in the field grazing)) and be in a bad mood.
i thought it would be fun to canter her ((she has a especially rough canter lol)) and i was doing fine until she decieded she didnt want to canter any more and she started throwing a fit, lets just utter i ended up falling off.but at least she stayed subsequent to me and didnt take off.
the worst part be i fell off out on the trail and i had no way to grasp back on. ((not to mention the fact i landed within a puddle)) i had to walk back to the barn in the past i could get back on her ((she is 17.1hh))
my gorgeous pony alfie and me be show jumping in the car i thought wow im adjectives organised then i realised i had forgotten my riding hat!
nearby was a little girl riding around on her horse so i asked to borrow her hat after she sed ye so it fitted thank god so i got on alfie and we started the coarse! our first jump was brill but when we get to the second i flipped right off i still don't know what happened!
i be crying coz i broke my arm!
at a show jump place, with everyone watching!
what joy i have! lol!
I think the funniest entity and stupidest thing i have done for my horse was on his birthday i have a party for him I invited some friends and there horses from my barn and we all have a party and my horse had a cake i made out of hay, grass and olive oil.. i asked my vet for recommend on the cake and he said it was ok.
And he was wearing all his untried stuff i bought him and we went for a swim in it and i broke the reins. Because i went beneath water and my horse kicked my leg by mistake while swimming and broke it but i did jump back on and made him pinch me back...
I love my horse and would do anything for him.
Also my friends and there horse had a event bag..
Horse party bag:
1 front rope
1 head collar
bag of treats
Feed
And a bit of his cake
Mates Bag:
Pens
Book
Grooming set
New gloves
New jodphurs
I dont think i would hold enough one like that but i would have adequate one with family and some friends
I've never owned a horse surrounded by real life, only within a virtual world in a video game called Oblivion.
i don't have a horse but the stable i ride at have a bunch of horses. i guess this isn't exactly stupid or anything but they pay to capture massages for their horses, and they're horses get chiropractic adjustments sometimes! i don't even ride at a really high-ranking class facility or anything it's just your average barn.
I tolerate a mare take him home and I haven't seen him since.
