10pts best answer!
argentine snaffle bit.
Well, I found several sites and the closest I could find be barely similar was an antique snaffle but then I found this site and here's the correlation but you truly have me on this one. I've never seen anything like it. I make available up.

EDIT: I thought it was a snaffle and I found it!
And BTW it's NOT Argentinian.

See the picture of it at the link above.
BTW, It's NOT a Baucher.
It is actually a: Herm. Sprenger KK Conrad Ultra "B" Ring Snaffle - 16mm
Answers: The Sprenger
B-ring snaffle.
It is also sometimes erroneously depicted upside down while call "hanging/dropped cheek". This use might be possible, but it really only turns into a strange jointed pelham without the lever effect. Just a rotating mouthpiece.
After studying the anatomy of the mouths of 70 horses, Sprenger developed the KK Conrad ULTRA bits to take good thing of the exceptional sensitivity of the horse's tongue.
They are designed to relieve pressure on the palate with a shortened lozenge in the center and the angle of the link be twisted by 45° to ensures that, when a contact is taken up via the reins, the rounded link rests fully on the tongue without squeezing it.
The result is a bit that utilizes the sensitivity of the tongue in need abusing it. The KK Conrad ULTRA Bits enable increased control without increasing the severity of the bit.
KK Conrad ULTRA Bits come contained by AURIGAN – Sprenger's patented alloy, which encourages salivation.

looks resembling a three piece broken snaffle, with eggbutt rings, not shanks
