When be the final time you showed? what ribbon did you win?
The last time I showed, i was only showing to own fun and get experience in showing. I never really got a first place, but i singular did it for fun and experience. that is, until my mom had a heat stroke. I haven't showed since.
Two weeks ago, one first place and one second place.
well i did a two day show last sat-sun
i get
1st in 2-d barrels
2nd in 3-d barrels
2 1st in poles 1
2 1st contained by halloween contest
1st in 2'3 hunters
1st in 4'6 jumpers
1st surrounded by 3'6 hunters

2 belt buckles in barrels
1 belt buckle in poles
and i got best show manners award
and i get 1st in yearling showmanship
and 1st in trail level 4
won the best dressed award
won the safest tack award
won the raffle prize that get me $2500 and a dinner for 4 at a restaurant
btw i brought my 4 horses and came home with three because i sold one for $15000

Answers: Last competition I enter was a Mountain Trail Trial. Hmmmm...a couple of months ago. My division was ages 18-49 years old. My horse...Little Girl...is the one who won. Yes, I rode her...but whether she hadn't done outstanding...we wouldn't have taken home first place.
A rider can train every single day...but whether the horse doesn't perform...you won't place at all. I've had that come up. Very upsetting when you KNOW you and your horse should do well...then the horse spooks or 'runs into the judge'...and you are disqualified.
Another point of view...I'm still thrilled to even place!! No concern whether first or not. I just still get excited when my old girl does capably.
last one be .ummmm may? and i came home with 24 ribbions and the reserve soaring point for english novice. but it was like 2 first place,3 moment place,7 third place, 7 fourth place, 4 fith place and 2 sixth place. It was a 2 day event with lots of diffrent catagories both english and western ones.

Last august I took a friends horse to her first show, and we be placed 3rd in the large ridden hunters and the riding club horse. I was so proud of her.
I'm hoping to show my girl subsequent year, but she's got a lot of growing up to do first.
The last show I went to was 7 years ago.It be a show at the barn I took lessons at.I was riding a 20 yr. 16 hand gray Arabian name Poco.All the kids would fight over him becuase he was a really beautiful horse..and he be the calmest horse.I got first place! There was only 5 other race but I was 13 at the time and I felt like I be on top of the world! I personally don't show anymore.I have other inhabitants show my horses for me.For some reason now Im terrified to be within front of all those people
I got 2nd contained by the 4ft. Was quite happy with that =D

Last Weekend and we got 1,1,1,2,1
ultimate time i showed was 5 years ago. i took 4 blues and a 2nd that day.
umm the ultimate show i entered was a have a stir show (gymkhana)
i got
1st barrel racing
1st flag see
2nd obstacle course
2nd bending
3rd fancy dress
then i got 3rd within points all up
i was ment to have another gymkhana within 18 days but my parents wont float my horse there :(
oh, and that was 18th november 2007
i have ahad a brake from showing
ummm.some event within august, and i got...6th? sadly, i'm away at institution and haven't been able to ride. :(

nowadays, 1st
i went to my first show surrounded by september. it was a fun show. i got 4 and 5 and i am very in good spirits with what i got.
