Which horse pushcart would you choose?
i am working on buying a horse cart to train my horse. nothing fancy, just something lightweight for my horse. i do own a person who is going to help me with the intact harness and everything, so please DON"T post your opinions on my training. i JUST want to know which you would choose to be better. i won't use it much, just to break him for pulling and an occasional ride. i am trying to decide which would be better. i am chosing between these 2 because one is merely 80$ and the other is around 30$. how can you say no to that when horse carts are SO expensive?
the first one i like better because the form looks safer, there is a butt bar thing separating me and my horse, and i can build surrounded by a seat and wall. although it says it is horse size, it looks smaller. i can always buy unknown wheels right?

the second one is a " horse size sulky" it says and looks taller and bigger. but it doesn't separate the rider and horse which is what i dont similar to. if something were to happen to where on earth my horse would kick(which he wouldn't) but just some freak accident, it wouldn't be good.

i know zilch on which carts are the best or anything, so that is why i ask. do not tell me dissolute things, please just let me know which you would chose and why.
thankyou!
fiiiirst one
walk for the first one, if you are breaking your horse to cart, to start , the heavier the better, alot harder to flip a heavy pushcart than a light one, also so they can get used to the feeling of dragging something a bit heavier.
Just based on looks, I'd go with the first one, but, whether it is too small for your horse, I don't think you'll be able to get bigger wheel for it. Look at the housing. The wheels just do clear as it is. A bigger wheel would not hold clearance. I'm not a huge fan of sulkys myself for pleasure driving, but like you said, the price is right. And if you're a short time ago wanting to piddle around and do a bit of training, it'd be fine.
the first one looks safer and more comfortable. I'd find that one.
Answers: ok the red one that is a standard horse pushcart. the other one is a race cart 4 the trotters. iv been driving horses and we adjectives use the standard one that wld be the red one. it will be way more comfortable 4 you trust me. you can buy diff wheels only the size might not work whether your horse is a bit big in the belly. so if i be you try looking 4 the red one only bigger. it might work i would give it a look measure you horse by his distance then look at the cart and measure its size. if it wont work look 4 the red cart only bigger.
i don't have a lot of expirience with cart, but i like the looks of the 1st one. it does look safer. do you have a trainer or someone knowledgable in that nouns who could help you out more? i think that would be your best choice. the people selling the cart will probably tell you anything b/c they need to sell, but a fitting trainer would honestly help you find the best/safest one :]
