6 mo. older Tabbly cat lately spayed three days ago and immediately act immaculately commonplace apart from when she make a meow ?

motion with her mouth no sound comes out. She makes like she's meowing, but no sound. Saw vet today who gave her a aching shot (although I don't think she is in pain) and said to come back surrounded by Three days. I am really worried she won't ever be able to be heard. Help.
