Pellets-- yes or no?
LOT OF QUESTIONS. I'll try to answer them.
fruits or vegetables?- not that i know of.
Nuts or seeds?- nuts should be fine. I make available them to my guinea pig and she's fine.
Apples?- Probably doesn't matter. But i would to be safe.
Serve?- I have no thought. Enough. Whatever you think is fine.
wood chips?- that's fine. they constantly have to chew because they're teeth are constantly growing. If you don't like it next put other guinea pig chew stuff in there.
water?- personal nouns. water for mine comes straight out of the faucet.
Celery sticks?- No. i've never done that and mine LOVES celery.
Green peppers?- I wouldn't do that.
Grass?- only piece should be timothy hay. (which you MUST have!)
carrots?- i would say over 6. I nurture mine throughout the day.
hay?- Timothy hay. You can buy it at walmart.
By hand? Bad idea.
Intervene? OF COURSE.
Pellets?- Is what I dispense mine. With the occasional vegetable, (cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, apples, celery, etc..)
feed them snakes

Hay. Timothy hay is said to be the best hay.
Hand feeding. Is a great opinion, it helps you bond with the pig and if your pig get sick you have to hand feed it so getting the pig comfortable beside it now is a good idea.
Intervening. You should not really intervene unless they become vicious to one another or one pig does not attain any.
Pellets. Yes absolutly. Pigs need to eat pellets because whether there only food is fresh food( vegetables) they might get sore stomachs and cessation up with diaroeah, which can be Fatal to pigs.
It also is a good idea to own wooden chews so their teeth do not grow too big.
