A horse specifically on form should you be capable of see its ribs?

hi me and my boyfriend went and looked at a car yesterday, and there be a small area fenced in with barb lead and in the fenced area there be a small shed,a big pile of wood not neatly stacked but threw in there and a big bail of hay. and where on earth all that stuff is the horse was blocked in to a small nouns.

and i could see the horses rids so is this normal? i didn't think it was even tho i enjoy never had a horse, is it animal cruelty? i mean aren't they suppose to have approaching an acre or something for a horse?
It depends. The horse may enjoy only been turned out for a couple of hours. It had a big bail of hay so they weren't adjectives it! Some horses are very hard to keep immensity on-we have two ex racehorses who we have to work very firm to keep weight on them. The shed may have be the horse's shelter? You'd have to monitor the situation because for all you know the horse may have, similar to I said before just been turned out. Yes, they are designed to have approx acre per horse.
I give attention to it's animal cruelty because after watching numerous episodes of animal cop on animal planet i'm sure that no horse is suppose to be like that or no animal for the lowest.

Showing ribs means eaither the horse has eating problems and dreadfully the owner is not paying any attention giving it medical care or it has been adjectives and just received the food previously. those are my only to hypothesis from what i'm audible range but i'm sure it's animal cruelty and you should at least contact a cop to investigate before the horse is surrounded by any other harm.

And yes horses are suppose to have at least some acre or domain to run. So i'm sure the owner is not really a good horse keeper.
If you clearly see his ribs then it's probably completely hungry and horses should have about 3-5 acres of land
The horse is an anorexic healthy horse
Answers:    A horse's ribs should be lightly covered so you cannot see them but could feel them if you run your hand over the area. Although it doesn't sound resembling an ideal environment for a horse it may be hard to prove it to actually be deem cruel. If the horse has food, water and shelter then it is unlikely that any of the fundamental animal rescue agencies is able to do anything. To play the devil's advocate it could just be that the horse is antediluvian and some horses cannot go out on decent grass as it makes them ailing. However this doesn't mean that you shouldn't report it to either the RSPCA (www.rspca.org.uk) or ILPH (www.ilph.org). At least consequently you know that someone has checked on the horse and you have done all you can.
I havnt have a horse but my friends horses arnt like that and they have about 2 acres for in attendance horses to run I would say that is animal crulty
