I really doubt you can find them as pets.
It is not a good opinion to think of a wild animal like a push as a pet, they are dangerous animals and are not pets.
Also i personally hope you do not end up near one as it will probably not have the correct habitat and it will suffer because of it. This is a common problem next to exotic animals like big cats and even semi "common" exotics like sugar gliders tend to not get the right stuff to have a happy life.
Please check if you are going to own an exotic animal of any kind and do A LOT of research before appendage.

I don't believe you can justifiably own them (unless you're a wildlife rehabilitator). Besides, they aren't exactly sweet.

Badgers aren't pets and can be outstandingly dangerous if you try to catch one from the extreme. Be careful you don't lose a finger or two.

Badgers smell awful and are very vicious, they dont clear good pets. If you want to help badgers why not adopt one or tie together a charity that helps badgers. Leave them where the belong!
