Have you heard of this Artist and what he has done?
Worst of all, he's planning on doing it again.
This is not Art it is psychosis and we wonder why a dog would bite the hand ... "I" would hunt this man down and be his worst nightmare if I were the phantasm of this creature.yet the creature itself likely forgives as that is the temper of the beast.

Interesting article about the exhibit. I suggest reading it.
"The artist's point was supposedly to underline the hypocrisy demonstrated by people's making an apparently sick and ill-fed dog the center of attention when it was presented as an art exhibit, even though many of them would ignore alike dog if they encountered it roaming the streets."
So his exhibit, as cruel as it may seem, is a care on the cruelty of humans as a whole. Makes you think.

I think the artist have a point, even though it is wrong to starve a dog like that (although there are some allegations that the dog was properly feed when it wasn't on display). Instead of attacking the artist, why don't we attack the real problem of overpopulation? There are too many dogs starving contained by the streets because people don't spay or neuter their pets - often because they can't afford it or they aren't well-read about it. When we work to change problems like these, near won't be a need for artists like this to exist.
EDIT: My "opinion" is that animal cruelty is WRONG in any form. I am surrounded by no way trying to justify what the artist in interview did, but I'm saying that most people are taking it at face helpfulness instead of attacking the real issues behind it - namely that animals are starving every year and we ignore it. My "opinion" is that that should stop, and instead of fighting against one artist, try making a real difference and put a stop to the overpopulation of animals, which would hold a much larger impact.
If I came across this display of 'Art' I would probably now be sitting in a intern cell.

Answers: I've see this before and it makes me sick. What I want to know is, why didn't someone untie the dog and get it the hell out of near? In my opinion the people who witnessed this and did nothing are only just as sick as he is.
This man is sick in his feelings as well as his allegory. He is so mentally sick if he thought this was an art. Its nothing but a mere exertion of low scum-bags spite for living creatures!
