Homemade small dog and gerbil toys?
Any idea on making a homemade toy for a board,3 year old westie?
Any ideas on making homemade toys for babyish gerbils? something like 'a toilet paper tube' Etc...

OMG! I have gerbils woo! And they're so cute too! my girbils love toilet rag chews (but they just chew it up but they're are very happy doing so) The best item is a carboard obstacle course: Just cut holes in a cardboard tissue box (cut of the plastic bit) and stick carboard tubes in them. Those long ones for wrapping treatise is great, they love it! Put random holes down the tubes if you want for them to wrile out of.
DONT glue it or cartridge it together cos you could choke them!
Can I also suggest a plastic maze-my girlbles favourite toy :)
I have a 2 year dog too but she one and only likes real toys (and my slippes grrr)

Answers: As for a home made dog toy put a tennis globe in to an old clean sock and tie the completion in a knot,i once done this and my dog had hours of fun and it truly became her favorite toy, and she totaly ignored the shop bought ones!!
