How do I bring back my bunny to approaching me?
I recently got a pet bunny, about 3 days ago, and he is smaller amount than a year old. Though he sometimes just stands there and let you pet him, and then he was in a pet store where on earth he was a around people every day, he still seem to be a bit frightened around people. I visit him every day, and whether hes out of his cage I approach him slowly speaking calmly to him and offer him perchance a carrot, and begin to stroke him. I try to pet him as much as possible, and sometimes hes not scared at all, but other times he in recent times kinda hops off or hides under my bed. Am I doing everything right, or does it only just take time for rabbits to like you?
hang contained by there, you are doing everything you can, just don't give up on him, he will soon swot you are not going to hurt him and he will have a really strong bond with you, sit with him on your nouns for a bit. when ever you see him make a clicking noise o something that suits you and stick to it so when ever you visit him he'll know it's you. it rob time, i have 3 rabbits and now when ever i got out side and sort my noise they all come rushing out to see me. start of making the noise when you nurture him.

A rabbit isn't going to be as social as a cat or dog, but you should get in the habit of appendage feeding him so he learns to trust you. Make sure you hold a small adequate amount of food that he gets to eat it all, so he doesn't consider it's a race or you're going to take it away from him. You should wear some sticky gloves so he doesn't bite you, accidentally or intentionaly.
Answers: Your rabbit needs time to adjust to his unsullied home. Work with him at his level sit or deceit on the floor and let him explore you. Remember that rabbits are prey animals it's their nature to run when a shadow is hovering over them. Rabbits within general do no like to be picked up they like to know that adjectives four paws are firmly on the ground, not to say some rabbit won't let you pick them up they stipulation to gain your trust. Work at the rabbit's speed not yours and it will work out just fine. If you have some toys which are rabbit proof like a cat bubble that a rabbit can pick up and toss, while your on the floor roll the toy over to the rabbit and let him play with it and join contained by let him smell you and get to know that your not a threat and talk to him, whether you can stroke him around his nose along the bridge of his nose to his ears, most rabbit like that. Rabbits are like cats and dogs, they adjectives have their own personalities, some are friendlier and more timid than others i guess.
well, if it's at a pet store, it's too scared. my cat be so frightened before i adopted it from a vet, but now she's a cuddly nouns cat. so, maybe when you get the bunny, feed it and pet it so it learn to be safe by you. and if it gets alarmed, and wants to walk away, don't force it support, just let it be :)
