How would i ask my mom for a small pet?

okay so i'm 13 years old and i have two kitties. i loove them and adjectives but they're the family pets. i want a pet of my own, but something small and manageable. thing is, my mom hate both rodents and reptiles. and she doesn't really trust my responsibility that much. she's kind of okay with chinchillas but those are bigger than what i want and more expensive than smaller rodents. but i doubt she'll let me even return with a chinchilla. she hates reptiles but i really wanted an iguana. i'm in a bleak situation. anybody persuasive enough to help me? please give me anything but "it teach responsibility" ... that one sooo doesn't work with her... if not, that's okay. i guess i'll stick to my kitties... <3
I reccomend a bird possibly. a small one. To ask about it to your mom, purely research on them and tell her all about the trouble and about them and the good things..and if your mom let you by begging i would try that too!
When I was your age my mom was equal way with reptiles and rodents. So I got a Beautiful fish. that be fine for awhile until it died. So with my fish tank all cleaned up and vacate I decided to get a lizard from outside. I kept it thaw, fed good ,gave it a baptize and my mom never knew I had it .It was ably camouflaged. It lived for a very long time. Good luck
ask her what you can do will make her think you are responsible. then do what she asks you! also, you can show her cute video or photos of them doing tricks or something else nice
tell her:
"mom, i really think i am responsible and i love chinchillas and hamsters, do you regard as u can trust me with one please?, i really want it, and i will take good nurture of it." "please please please "
Answers:    Don't progress all "PLEEEZZZ??! - I HATE YOU!" That never works- trust me... Ask her as convincingly as you can & if it doesn't work- get everything that have to do w/ an iguana or whatever (pictures, etc.) and hang them in your room. If your mom see how crazy you are for one- she might start feeling guilty :-)
Ham it up
You could get a small rabbit. They're not very rodenty, and very cuddly. I recomend a mini rex. They're hypoallergenic, and terrifically sweet. They don't grow too large either. I have one, and I love her deeply. I'm also allergic, and she doesn't bother me. The only bad thing is... she poops profusely! She used to be potty trained, but got out of the habit. I guess I need to work for a moment. Other than that, though, she's a great pet! You should get a mini rex. The only work involved will be cage cleaning (not that hard) and potty training. Tell you're mom it'll be worth it contained by the long run!

Hope I helped!

PS Rabbits can live up to 12 years, unlike mice, hamsters, and other small pets, who at the most live 3 years. If you get a rabbit, you won't have to concordat with the dying! :)
