I have need of proposal, please?
Ok- I know of a dog owner (we'll call him Jon) who leaves his four dogs locked in a small room, sometimes with no food and inadequate water. There are times that he goes into work at 6am and doesn't come home until powerfully after 9pm. The dogs are medically neglected and are biting themselves all raw... his response is to yell at the dogs to stop biting--that is when he's here to notice. The dogs are either not all the road potty trained or some are trained and some not, so when they are locked up they are locked up with thier waste.
When I say no food, I don't tight they've finished it, but rather that Jon's own brother realized the dogs were alone after the two get off the phone with Jon still at work 45mins from home, and go over to let them out and feed them. Not only could he not find dog food anywhere within the house, but he looked in the trash--which had not been taken out for a few days--and wasn't even competent to find an empty dog food bag. (No, Jon doesn't use a different container or anything like that, these guys work, carpool and see football together, so his brother would know.)
Herein lies the problem: Jon is my best friend's brother-in-law. Her husband wants to intervien in ways other than calling the Humane Society or Animal Control or SPCA, resembling buying food for the dogs (which they have done several times in the past and haven't be repaid, AND my friend is 6 months pregnant and her husband is asking her to go over everyday and take care of these dogs--which he should be smaked for asking her within my opinion--but more to the point, none of the advocacy or compassion for the dogs is coming from Jon.
He makes no arrangements for the dogs to be let out or fed, though he know a simple phone call and his brother would 90% of the time be able to come and attend to them... he doesn't do it. And for as many times and Jon's brother realize the dogs need help and comes to the rescue, how often do they stay locked contained by that small bedroom without food and water for 12 and 15 hours at a time. They never get walk, and they need help.
How do I get these dogs save with out his coming back to my best friend and causing a problem near her husband, as he doesn't want to get his brother in trouble. Jon's brother and my bestfriend together already have two dogs and a cat, as do I, so we can't newly try to get him to give the dogs to one of us. Obviously the dogs deserve better. Can I alert annonomously, or do I need proof--if so I can't do anything because this is adjectives from a seconday source--Jon's sister-in-laws mouth to my ears. Any advice of how to help these dogs without cause trouble in my friends marriage/relationship with her in-laws?
if you call any of the animal control,spca or the police they will not distribute up you info.so they will not know that you called.i know you are trying to do the thing that you think is best but please bid some one that could remove these animals.

Answers: Oh bless your heart for caring for these helpless dogs when not a soul else will! You need to call animal control or the police as a silent observer and tolerate them know what this man is doing to these dogs. If he is not providing their basic needs (food, water, verbs shelter and medical needs) then he is abusing these animals and that is a crime. If you report it, the authorities hold to investigate it. The findings of their investigation will determine what happens to the owner and those dogs - not your initial report. What is a bestfriend? Would you or your best fried do the same thing to your dogs and cats? Jon then again has what find of animal humanity? Is it everyones else's responsabitiy to FEED and WATER them? You can call animal control and leave a ANNOYMOUS COMPLAINT. Sunshine we adjectives have to STAND up for what is RIGHT and WHAT IS WRONG!! What is right for the DOGS? There is a old Chines Proverb "it is better to cut ones arm off than newly leave it dangling. Sunshine I know you will do the right thing.It's not a question whether it's a question of WHEN?
Just ring up the aspca. they don't reveal how they got information.

you could take pictures of their condition,and send it in to animal control or something resembling that.
I really hope those dogs get help.he should just offer them away instead of keeping them locked up!
