Mallard ducklings, relief near this pleasseee?
Or i think they are mallard? anyway we have a backyard of 100' 50 ft and we be thinking about getting ducks! duck food 99cents each per pound diapers and harnesses, anyone else do this and where on earth do you keep them in winter in an urban backyard next to cars like a whole fenced in nouns with a fenced like chiken wire top?
Answers: More than plausible they are rouen. Which look exactly alike. but rouens are 2x the size. I guess you could. I just don't think they would be as in good spirits with "city life" but i guess you could do it. and 99 cents a pound for duck food is outrageous. more than likely they will not use a shelter, mine have a big, i mean large wooden doghouses to go into, and they choose the cold weather. They will shift in if you train them from a early age. and you won't stipulation a wire top. as long as it is 4' high. just clip the wing. (very simple) if you get rouens. they won't go anywhere. mallards can/will fly. rouens can/ choose not to fly. mine will to bring back away from a dog.
Also make sure you are allowed to hold them in city limits. Pet stores around here won't sell to city nation anymore, people kept dumping them at the zoo, because the bathtub got "too small". which is a adjectives mistake.
