My rabbits ear is swollen.And he shows signs of torment when i touch it. I don`t know infection?

His ear has a big squishy lump, like a pocket of fluid. And it hurts him. so i was wondering whether its infection, or maybe hematoma?

im taking him to the vet soon. but intil then i want to know how to help swelling and sooth the aching.
