Question going on for my rabbit?
i have a 4 month old albino dwarf rabbit. he likes to chew and wrench on his cage.is this normal?
yes its ery typical my rabbits been doning it for years its mostly that he wants attention or wants a treat. he sleeps within my room so i hear him all night.
Yes, it is completely normal.Almost adjectives bucks(males) do that to sort of say its their territory.They are not marking their scent though, as they do that by rubbing their chins.Also, another major reason is because they are bored and want some exercise or they are feeling hormonal OR because they want some attention.Don't worry, it's fine. :)
Answers: Hi...I've been raise and showing rabbits for 10 years. That is completely normal behavior. They can do it for many different reasons, out of boredom, are hungry, thirsty, etc...
