What do you do to relieve animals?
ok well there seems to be profusely of talk about
"what is the worst abuse baggage you've seen"
(not saying that is a bad article to talk about)
But I am wondering what you or your family do to help animals?
Could be any type of animal, passionate or domesticated!
Could be as simple as " I don't shop at places that sell puppy mill dogs"
OR
as big as " I opened a shelter that helps horses that enjoy been abused!"
here is mine-
My family takes effort of a colony of feral cats buy trapping fixing and releasing the un social cats and finding homes for the socialized ones!
YOUR TURN!!
i am a 4h project perspective, my goal is to educate children and their parents about proper keeping, maintenance and time involved to obtain & raise thankful & healthy animals. my two daughters & i also volunteer at county fairs to help school and give kids hands on time next to many different types of pets.
I currently take care of 9 cats 6 be destined for euthanasia, 3 were abandoned on my country road to fend for themselves and 3 rabbits that were living beside idiots that decided that they weren't small and cute anymore and were ready to consent to them go in the wild.
Also donate to our local horse rescue, Horses Haven, and Defenders of Wildlife
Answers: My mom and I foster animals from Marian County Shelter in Arkansas.
We have had 8 foster dogs so far, but currently enjoy 2, and have had 2 foster rabbits because they had no model what to do with them.
When living in Georgia we fostered rabbits from a home-rabbit society. We had 2 adopt from there, one, who decided she liked me and not a soul else, who was rescued after Hurricane Katrina. Then we fostered alot!
