i know it's in the wrong spot but no one ever goes on the quotes subsection. :)

Answers: it means that when a person shows their vulnerable side the seem aggressor is taken a back and shows mercy and that is their own downfall to be taken them self. a tried and true tactic of warfare.
i think this system that womans greatest weapon is the tear than spear and shield and also tears are dangers that spear and shield that make others emtionally down and so they can be at the top or they can win
