What is a really strong, rapid, attractive horse breed?
Preferably in a male horse.

Thoroughbreds - fast, moral endurance, strong, normally a little taller than the Quarter - generally have a strong temperment to go with it
Quarter Horse - dependable, strong and swift, temperment can be all over the map, but usually a little cooler.
Both breeds can enjoy some very fine looking examples - But more important - what use will said horse be put to?

I would say a Fresian (sp) or a Thoroughbred stallion or maybe an Arabian. But there are several others out within.
A thoroughbred stallion, of course everybody have different opinions on beauty. Quarter horses can be real hasty and strong too.
Arabians and Thouroughbreds. personaly i like really wild little appaloosa ponies though :)

not many that are strong quickly AND beautiful..
Thoroughbreds are fast.. kinda plain looking - so-so strong
Draft horses like Clydesdales are strong,and good-looking (maybe not beautiful as such, and certainly not "fast')
