Who can run faster a dog or a cat?
it depends on the size of the dog.
my big dog was faster when she be younger, and my lil dog is fast.

So, basically, it depends on the breed.
it actually depends on what type of dog or cat u hav, for example, dogs resembling a greyhound or a german sheppard are fast but chihuauas and a weiner dog are slow because they have short legs
