Who do I phone call almost a coyote within the neighborhood?

It has been hanging around here for roughly speaking a month now (in residential part of city) and I'm starting to worry approximately my dogs. My kids literally walked past it this morning on their way to conservatory (it was across the street). Over 2 weeks ago the school sent home a reminder letting parents know that several people have seen it surrounded by the area. How this thing dodges traffic is beyond me, but it needs to be relocated. It's in full view that it isn't going after humans, but I worry if one of my smaller dogs should accidentally get out of the courtyard. Who am I supposed to call?
Animal Control or the ASPCA...
you cannot relocate wildlife, it is against the law. if you do ring the authorities on the coyote, the only thing they will do is kill it. the coyote have just as much right to live as you do. just keep your pets indoors. the coyote is more afraid of you than you are of it.
Answers:    Animal Control or the ASPCA.
I would hail as the Conservation Department. And of course the police if your pets or children or you are in forthcoming danger.
Animal control or fish and wildlife. If within is one, there are likely many more and relocating the in one piece pack might not be as easy or as permanent as you think.
