Who else give their pets xmas and b'afternoon cards?
i always give my dogs a xmas or b'day card, i know they cant read, but i close to doing it. im going to be giving my dogs, hamster and rats a xmas card each. anyone else do this.

Its a bit crazy because animals can't read but I do :D I getgorgeousous cat a christmas advent calender near milk drops, catnip and whiskas food pounches in it he loves them! We are not quite sure when his birthday is becauase he be a wild cat we found him in the wild adjectives cold and wet and we were aloud to keep him! I dono't draw from hima christmas card though but i always seem to find a card from him with a foot stamp on it at christmas :D
i do ive got a dog and fish but my dog attully un wraps the presents so
its fun for adjectives of us to watch and we have to let him unfold some of our presents to as he gets really excited but i dont get anything for my fish usally but i might

aaah.. my daily laugh. appreciation! Really? you do? huh. I just go and buy them a really yummy treat they go crazy over or be in motion to a bbq place with really good smelling beef to give 'em. Yeah, oggie' would love chewing cards up.

Not cards... but we've other had stockings for our pets. lol
They never get stuff except Christmas, really. I guess its not honourable since everyone else is getting stuff!
When my kids were little I put small gifts or cards below the tree for the pets. But then I noticed the pets never left us any gifts, so I quit. Kidding! I agree near the above, our pets feel the love inherent in the gesture. =)

Ignore people when they say it is Crazy, I do it, my cat is my baby, I would be lost next to her and love treating her. It was her birthday Friday just gone she was 2 and I bought her a birthday card and loads of nice presents, she like opening them like a child would. Why not treat our pets, at the end of the afternoon they are part of the family.

Answers: Many people do. Even though they can't read the cards (rabbits and rodents love to chew them though), it is the love that is created by such an feat that they pick up on. They can tell if someone is really celebrating them or freshly doing them a favour for feeding them once in a while.
