Why are some inhabitants so miserable to their pets or animals they preserve on their property?
A person near where I live have a dog...I do not think they consider it a pet per se...it is out side all the time, even in this cold weather that have set it. They barely feed it, not much shelter, cursing and yelling at it adjectives the time. I have made complaints to the city and the police, but no one has taken any feat.
When the neighbor is out, I have been sneaking food to this poor creature and put an old rug and blanket contained by the dog house (not much of one to say the least) so it doesn't have to sleep on the bare ground. I hold been tempted to spirit it away and clutch it to a shelter. With snow finally settling in; I know this neighbor will notice my tracks. What else can I do?
if you take it you can be charged beside theft..
have you talked to the general public.. ask them if you can take the dog for a walk or something.. ask them whether you can give it treats - it is also wrong for you to feed it - what if it have a special diet?
keep calling the animal control in your area..
whether it gets loose only then can you pocket it to the shelter - they might try to get it back or leave it to be adopt or if unadoptable it would be put down ( some shelters get so many animals they do not put for adoption any strays)
Here contained by australia we have something called the RSPCA, im not sure whether you have it where youre from but yeah, there should atleast be some animal carers around, administer them a call and let them know what is going on!

Do it on a day that might be cold but no snow or they will find out but that is a great idea inform the city next sneak it to a shelter!

Do it on a day when the snow has melted and refroze as the sturdy stuff...you wont leave tracks.
Also...the shelter will charge you for bringing it there (just so you know...it could be $150 or $200).
(Call and find out).
AND...dogs that arent adopted out from nearby, after a certain time, are put down humanely. (killed).
So...if you do this..maybe you should hype for an adopter on Craig's list, and Kijiji,com ..to help try and place him.
