Why aren't my hens lay any eggs?

I have two hens that I've been feeding Layleen egg lay formula. And even though they are over 6 months old, they still haven't shown any signs of laying eggs. I am wondering what I can do to get eggs from these hens. Any info would be great.
I don`t know its the type of feed ur using and some hens wont lay this time of year
No matter what you do some hens just will not start lay until the days get longer. I'm assuming you live in the northern hemisphere.
The breed of your chickens can make a difference as very well. Production bred chickens start laying earlier than a chicken that was bred for meat instead of eggs.
Answers:    A hen's egg lay is influenced by her general physical wellbeing which in turn is outstandingly influenced by diet and the conditions in which she is kept. But the seasons are also highly relevant and it have been shown that it is light levels fairly than temperatures which influence a hen's productivity. A hen lays eggs to a typical cycle of one egg about every 25 hours but she will not lay eggs when it is dark. Therefore contained by the summer months, typified by long days, the cycle equates to one egg a day for about 12 to 15 days followed by a rest day because dark falls before the 25 hour cycle is up. However, when the days are shorter with lower light level throughout there are more and more "no egg" days. Contrary to common belief a cockerel is surplus to requirements to stimulate egg production but vital, of course, if you want fertilised eggs.

I hope that help answer your question.
