African Dwarf Frog Care?

I just got 2 African Dwarf Frogs at the local pet smart. They live in a one gallon reservoir with a small cave I made myself. I just want to catch as much info as I can to keep them happy and healthy. I'll hold all answers! Also how do I get the food to go to the bottom of the cistern and what can I feed them? Other Info: Their names are Alice and Bella from the Twilight Series though I am not sure whether they are boys or girls.

well for starters its a minimum of 1 gal per frog so u want a bigger tank

food they can eat, live dired or frozon bloodworms, daphnia, tubixfex, frog pellets NEVER nurture fish food

economically if you want them to be in heaven and be really bright and breezy get them a 10 gallon and i used to feed them freeze dried worms. there similar to a dried up cube of strings and smell bad.

Answers:    they are beyond easy to take care of, a moment ago dont mix fish in.our killed our fish. we were pissed & banished them from the table & neglected them, but they still lived.
