well that's how you find the femininity of a snake they will pop out if you put pressure on the snake
Could be genetilia, or hemorroids, or tumors. Can't tell from this forum...so you need to show your snake to a snake expert or a vet.
Answers: its call prolapse (probably prolapse of the hemipenis), vets can sort it out easily, altho dont try and sort it as home as u could lead to internal injures
