Alone beard dragon swell?
I looked up this answer but they were all aimed for bearded dragons that be housed with others.
My bearded dragon is housed alone. And I do not have any other dragons. I a moment ago want to know why my bearded dragon does the cute little robot wave. He/she doesn't do it often.
You are lucky. Mine has done that a few times, but it was only when she saw her own weighing up. Yours may even be seeing her own reflection in the glass. I own read that they sometimes do this towards their owners. I don't know other than that, but I wish mine would do it again.
Your so lucky! I wanted my beard to do the arm wave! But that's just a thing they do. Unfortunately my doesn't and i still love her though. If they do it's a passageway to fill their boredom. Sometimes they'll do it do get warm within a cool environment.

I think yours is just doing it to his/her reflection. Actually, he could even be doing it to you. I've see beardies get territorial with their humans and I've also seen beardies get hold of themselves all flustered by their own reflections.
It's just a unprocessed agression/dominance thing that they do. It's nothing to worry give or take a few. It's the cutest darn thing. Go on youtube and look for the movies of the arm waving... they are so adorable!
